Chipmunk cabin details

Very large 3 story log cabin sleeps 10. There are 3 bedrooms with all king size beds as well as 2 sets of twin beds. The Chipmunk cabin has a hot tub, firepit and canoes overlooking lake with huge mountain VIEWS! Walk to beach, lake, river and waterfall from steps in back yard. Located in Riverbend, a gated private mountain community with thousands of acres of spectacular mountain beauty. Our cabin is located in the private, gated mountain community of "Riverbend" that includes 2 lakes, nature trail along the river with waterfall, swimming hole and a scenic  beach at Mirror Lake with a fishing pier. A  large pavilion overlooks the lake with rocking chairs , picnic tables and barbecue pits surrounded by stunning lake/mountain views. Directly across from the beach is the nature trail with waterfall and small rapids (perfect for tubing or kayaking). 

This cabin features a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, a basement area with surround sound, and large smart TVs.  There is tons of patio furniture with a fire pit, porch swings, rocking chairs, hot tub over looking the lake, and more.  Enjoy roasting marshmallows around the large fire pit area just below the bottom deck.  Convenient access to Lake Lure, local restaurants, Ingles, Chimney Rock Village, and so much more!

This Log cabin in Lake Lure is perfect for every season! Enjoy the cold weather in the winter, where a log cabin feels just right. Visit in the summer when the weather is perfect all the time, and you can enjoy tubing in the river and swimming at the beach. In the spring, everything is beginning to bloom, and the area is known for the beauty of its autumn colors.
